Cassandra will lead you through the embodiment practices of Equine Guided Empowerment® & Somatic Reprogramming®, opening up a fresh understanding of herd-dynamics, energetic fields, and a grounded, self-honoring and sovereign connection with free-roaming horses. Through this portal of awareness, we interact with the Master teachers: our domestic and wild bands of horses, allowing this dynamic, embodied somatic experience of relationship to self and others to resonate into your daily life.
