Embracing Your Super Powers and Evolutionary Edge + Intuitive Leadership

POSTPONED

Day 1: Knowing and embracing your Super Powers is a critical component for experiencing fulfillment in work, fulfilling your purpose, stepping into better leadership, and acting in flow. Your Evolutionary Edges are opportunities for growth that can feed and nourish these. Exploring both together can clarify and activate a new beginning in your work and life.

Day 2: Intuitive Leadership: Develop your innate capacity for intuition and flow to be more productive in a way that is vital and life-giving rather than draining or depleting, as well as to be a more authentic, impactful leader. We will explore the foundational components of flow, hearing and trusting inner wisdom, and taking aligned action. You will have an opportunity to apply these components to your real life situations and circumstances so that you leave this workshop with a new operating system for approaching work, leadership, and life!

Horses are the ultimate models for tuning in to all our senses and moving in flow. In these sessions, we will take time to honor them as role models, teachers, and leaders to help us realize the best of our human potential.

We invite you to join us for one or both of these days.

These sessions will be co-facilitated by spiritual business coach Sonya Bibilos and Flag Ranch Chief Steward Kimberly Carlisle. Sonya has coached hundreds of individuals to create conscious business and success with soul. Her business clients from North America and Europe have included CEOs, entrepreneurs, executives at all levels, business coaches, successful artists, medical professionals, and therapists (awakenatwork.com). In addition to co-founding Flag Ranch (with Flag, the horse) and her work on behalf of animals and the planet, Kimberly crafts anything with words and images, from print to film to voice, and leads the creative team at Sutter Health CPMC.

Flag Ranch is located in the beautiful rolling grasslands of Calaveras County, approximately 2 hours east of San Francisco and 90 minutes south of Sacramento. No riding is involved and no horse experience is necessary.

Your place in our Experiences will be confirmed when your payment is received in full. Fees are fully refundable if we are notified 14 days or more in advance. Once confirmed, you will receive additional information including directions to the ranch.

Spring and fall weather can be variable, ranging from 70 degrees and breezy to 90 degrees and warm. Dress in layers, wear close-toed shoes and bring a hat and sunscreen.

Please bring your own lunch. To foster safety, awareness and the reduction of harm for animals, we are a plant-based sanctuary. We invite you to consider the benefits (to yourself, the animals and the planet) of a plant-based lunch. If you feel you need animal proteins, we ask you to consider how the animal is raised and purchase products from those farms and ranches that care for them healthily and thoughtfully.
