Sound + Intention = Healing

Sound healing is based on the scientific principal that all matter, and most importantly, the cells in our bodies, vibrate to a precise frequency.  The use of tuned, deep vibrational instruments such as crystal singing bowls during healing and meditation sessions can balance and restore our optimal frequency.

Our sessions will be led by Sadie Dunn, a Certified Practitioner of Sound and Vibrational Therapy, a new member of the Paso Robles community. Sessions will be held on the First Sunday of each month from May through November in our Big Barn. We will adjust our start time as the light changes.

Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow, blanket and other comfort items. We have a limited number of chairs for those who wish to sit. This is an hour-long quiet session so young children are not recommended.  Your $40 donation will be shared between Sadie and the horses.
